about delivery times and freight charges for Parcels over 30 KG in weight

ANGLIA PIPE TOOLS offer a same day despatch on a next working day delivery service on all UK Mainland orders made before 1.pm Monday to Thursday,  Friday’s last order processing is 12 Midday.

All orders received after 1.00: pm Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched the next working Day.

Some items will be despatched on a 3 to 5 working day delivery service.

These are items we stock at our suppliers premises and these will be clearly marked on the product page as well as above in the basket.

UK Mainland Next Day delivery single order values below £500 (excl. VAT) and under 30 kg in weight are subject to a £15.00 plus VAT, packing and delivery charge.

UK Mainland Standard Delivery single order values under £500 (Excl. VAT) and under 30 kg in weight are subject to a £11.00 plus VAT packing and delivery charge.

UK Mainland single order values above £240 (excl. VAT) will be delivered free of charge on a 3-5 day service.

Deliveries to a Building site address cannot be guaranteed and pallets will have to be offloaded by the recipient

Orders for offshore locations will be charged a delivery fee and will take longer to be delivered.

All orders will require a signature on delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no parcels will be left without a signature. In the event the customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing the drivers actions e.g. taken to a convenient local collection point , left with neighbour, details of how to arrange a redelivery or to collect from the local parcel company depot. We will only leave your delivery with a neighbour if you specify this in the order delivery note.

Important Notice re Deliveries

We send parcels with different couriers depending on various factors.

All deliveries will require a signature from the recipient to Validate Insurance.

If parcels are damaged this must be noted to the courier.

The courier will send Texts to mobiles and the email address supplier by the customer with an hours slot time on the day of delivery.

If delivery is to a Building Site or an alternative address please make the recipient aware of the Slot Time

If you are unable to meet the delivery schedule please make alternative arrangements and inform the courier, there is a link in the courier’s notification for you to do that directly with the courier.

We are unable to take responsibility for non deliveries to alternative addresses.

Normal next day delivery times are up to 5.30 pm, Premium Delivery slots are available at additional costs.

Returning Goods to Anglia Pipe Tools Ltd

1. Returns can be made up to 30 days after date of delivery
2. Return of Goods must be requested and agreed by us in writing (email)
3. Cancellation of an order or Part order after shipping is only accepted by our Consent
4. If the goods are ordered in error a 20% Handling & Restocking Charge may apply
5. Credit will only be allowed and refunded if the goods are unused, in the original packaging and in a re saleable condition.
6. Delivery Charges will not be refunded unless agreed by the Seller.
7. Credit refunds will be made using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 days for the refunded amount to reach your account
8. If replacement goods are required to be sent out before we receive the returned goods a new order will be raised and must be fully paid up before being dispatched
9. If we have sent the incorrect items no handling charges will apply, and a full refund and credit note issued when the goods have been returned as mentioned in paragraph 4.
10. After obtaining a Goods Return Number from Anglia Pipe Tools Ltd view and print out 2 copies of the Returns Form below. Enclose one copy with the goods returned and retain one copy for your record.      Returns Form
