REMS 175007 CAMSYS SET S-COLOUR 20 H (20 METRE)
Lightweight, portable camera inspection system for blockage and damage analysis of pipes and other cavities such as chimneys and ducting.
Main controller with 3.5″ TFT-LCD colour display which connects to the camera cable displaying bright, high resolution pictures and videos on it’s 89mm diagonal screen at 320 x 240 pixels. The controller unit weighs just 0.4 kg and is constructed of with an impact resistant plastic housing, the unit controls the recording facility including video playback, image capture, zoom and playback. Video recording is saved to the 2GB SD card (supplied) and image capture can be made whilst videos are being recorded without interrupting the recording. The control unit connects to the camera cable set with a coiled cord allowing the unit to be up to 2m from the cable cage.
Cable insertion depth is measured allowing fault location to be pin pointed anywhere along the 30m cable length and this can be displayed on the video along with time and date stamp.
The controller unit features both cordless and mains operation with a 3.7v 2.5Ah Li-Ion battery for up to 2 hours cordless operation, mains operation is also available via the supplied AC adaptor that also charges the battery.
The cable set features a 25mm Ø CMOS image sensor with 8 dimmable LED lights to illuminate the image which are controlled by the main control unit, the camera head is attached to a 5.4mm x 20m flexible push cable with glass fibre core for access to small cavities and tight bends and is housed in a robust, powder coated cable cage.
Image playback is from various modes including on it’s own display, PC or laptop via the SD card, USB, or on a monitor via the video out socket and cable (supplied).
The camera head is manufactured from lightweight aluminium and has a scratch resistant mineral glass lens for long life and superior image quality.
