Rosenberger’s high-end press ring set in SV profile has been specially designed and developed by Rothenberger for pressing applications on metallic piping systems (copper, steel, stainless steel).
With this press ring set, users/applicants are ideally equipped to press fittings adequately in complex installing constellations. A unique, partial laser hardening technology ensures precise and reliable pressing results along with an increased product life cycle.
This, additionally, results in reduced wear on crucial areas as well as a doubling of pressing cycles compared to non-treated press rings.
Long-term corrosion protection makes the press rings more resilient. Due to the use of heavy-duty special steel, Rothenberger’s press ring sets are suitable for all commercially available press machines with a constant axial thrust of 19 kN or 32 kN and a compatible jaw fixture.

UK Mainland single order values below £500 (excl. VAT) are subject to a £15.00 plus VAT packing and delivery charge.
UK Mainland single order values above £500 (excl. VAT) will be delivered free of charge on a 2-3 day service.
Orders for offshore locations will be charged a delivery fee and will take longer to be delivered.
All orders will require a signature on delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no parcels will be left without a signature. In the event the customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing the drivers actions e.g. taken to a convenient local collection point , left with neighbour, details of how to arrange a redelivery or to collect from the local parcel company depot. We will only leave your delivery with a neighbour if you specify this in the order delivery note.
